Biography :
Grant came to the Kansas City area after living in Columbia while attending the University of Missouri, and Southwest Missouri growing up on a farm. After graduating with a Masters degree in Accounting and Business, Grant worked for an accounting firm calculating the effects of numerous real estate transactions. His interest in real estate only grew as he purchased, remodeled and managed a multi-unit property.
Grant now specializes in all facets of real estate: from the first time home buyer or seller, to the seasoned investor. Grant concentrates on the “numbers” of the deal by walking alongside buyers as they find the optimal loan, getting the most for sellers, and always keeping a lookout for a deal with an investor-friendly return.
In his free time, Grant enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Keziah, and dogs, Ruby and Oakley. He also appreciates his time teaching Kindergartners on Sunday mornings through a local church, and watching just about any sporting event.
